IN BLACK N' WHITE
is a group of musicians that has been playing together for over fifteen years. Collectively they bring over 200 years of experience to the stage for your enjoyment. Backgrounds in Jazz, Classical, Rock, R&B, Latin, and Reggae gives the band an eclectic seasoned approach. Add some smooth vocals and it all becomes an extraordinary mix for your listening and visual delight. The group strives to master the four principles of the musical art form:
Excellence in Composition, Musicianship, Production, and Performance.
IN BLACK N' WHITE
has performed throughout the Midwest , generating very positive reviews. The group has been a regular at the world famous "Summerfest", as well as having performed at "African World Festival" numerous times over the past twenty years. The band has performed at the "Farm Aid Festival"(made famous by Willie Nelson) as well as Dane Dances, the summer concert series in beautiful Madison, Wisconsin. Eleven W.A.M.I. (Wisconsin Area Music Industry) award nominations in the reggae, and adult contemporary categories over the last thirteen years proves that the band is very serious about its music .The group has shared the stage with acts such as Maxi priest, Kool and the Gang, Steel Pulse, Blood Sweat and Tears, Inner Circle, Ringo Starr's All-Star Band, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, The Bar-Kays, The Funky Meters, and Lucky Dube to name a few, as well as having performed at some of the finest resorts, yacht clubs, country clubs, festivals, and night clubs that the nation has to offer.
IN BLACK N' WHITE
has reached out to audiences in Atlanta, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Los Angeles. A Labor Day crowd in Atlanta estimated at 30,000 cheered the group on in celebration at the historic Ebenezer Baptist Church.
The group released a self titled four song cassette EP in 1989, followed four years later by the groups first CD "WHY/WHY NOT". The CD "Reggae, Rock N' Soul" was released in 2000. The most recent recent CD "Lookin' 4 Tradition" was released in May 2008 and is now available from select retailers, and at live performances

"We are committed to the City of Milwaukee ,the State of Wisconsin ,and all the wonderful people everywhere we have played that have supported us over the years". The band is striving to become the musical voice of Milwaukee, just as the Neville Brothers are synonymous with the City of New Orleans.
